    This forum has URL: http://forums.expression.microsoft.com/en-US/media/threads/

    Another forum has URL: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.expression.media

Having two is twice as much work, why not just have one?

Are they intended to serve two different purposes?  If so, what are they?

    Thanks
    Michael

    Michael,

Both the forum (this page) and the communities page are monitored by support staff.  The communities page is being maintained largely for customers who prefer to use that tool.  You'll likely get a quicker response using the forums as there is more traffic here.  At some point we may discontinue monitoring of the communities page, but at this time we are monitoring both.

    Thanks,
